Anderson fell in love with Yoga after his first Savasana experience when he was 17, having followed a Yoga DVD at home. Initially, his intentions were to improve his flexibility, which was needed for the martial arts he was involved in. But soon after feeling the subtle and deep effects of the practice, he gravitated mainly to Yoga. After a few years of exploring postures on his own, he went on to complete a 350 hour Yoga Teacher Training program in 2011 at Synergy movement.


Anderson enjoys teaching and practicing Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga. Through a physically and mentally challenging class, Anderson intends to bring you balance to the pulling forces of your muscles, the alignment of your joints, and most importantly your thinking and feeling process.
