Through this yoga journey I have learned so many tools to look at life differently and have created my own health, wealth and joy as a result. The best part about it all is that I get to share these skills with my students and see them improve physically, mentally and spiritually as well. They are a constant inspiration for me and I am so grateful for them!

I believe that always learning and developing my own skills is a must, which is why I still attend lectures every year on philosophy, anatomy and different yoga styles. My passion for yoga has lead me to help run and organize various charity events and has brought me onto television to promote the benefits of yoga to a larger audience.

My goal is to keep spreading the great life tool that yoga is to as many people as possible. And on that note I look forward to sharing a practice with you sometime soon!
