ENERGY FLOW (warm)
This strengthening flow is an all levels class focusing on the connection of breath and movement to energize and create vitality throughout the entire body. This practice includes variations of sun salutations to wake up the body and invigorate the individual soul! There is a focus on alignment and the offering of many modifications and variations. Here we will also learn to let go of any judgment and /or criticism and learn how to listen to our bodies’ needs and pay attention to its limitations, which will enable us to listen less to our egos and more to our hearts.
Mondays and Wednesdays at 5:30pm

WARM PILATES
Pilates is a low-impact sequence of movements that treat the body as a whole. Pilates will help you build strength, emphasize posture correction and alignment using a lateral breath technique. Visualization is used create resistance using your own body. Small props such as a theraband may or may not be used for this class. Theresa’s style of teaching is slow and controlled using a soft voice, relaxing music and tiny movements including rotations and pulses. Movements flow from one to the next ans she integrates a lot of stretching and ends with a savasana.
Saturdays at 11:00am.
Yin and Restore
Our Yin Restorative class is designed to do exactly that. The beginning of the class will start with yin postures that will increase your flexibility by stretching and stimulating the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Then, you will allow your body to rest and restore with some final soothing postures to help you enter a deep state of relaxation. Postures in both yin and restore are held for up to a few minutes to encourage a deepening of awareness and sensation in the body. This class is suitable for all levels. Props are provided or bring your own. We leave that decision up to you.

HAPPY HATHA (Gentle)
If you are looking to de-stress, unwind and stretch it out, this class is for you. This class is great for beginner yogis or those wishing to slow down their practice and go back to basics. We will focus on gentle flowing movements, listening to the needs of our bodies and setting intentions. Class includes a gentle warm-up, flowing movement and a relaxing savasana at the end.

HOT VINYASA FLOW
Our Hot Vinyasa Flow class is a flowing sequence of diverse postures performed in a heated room where the temperature is set between 95-100 F. We will move powerfully through alignment-based asanas to create a vigorous flow that will connect your body, mind and breath. This somewhat vigorous and athletic style of yoga practice will have you moving and sweating in a challenging but fun way. Hot Vinyasa flow is suitable for all levels as modifications are offered. Join us as each instructor puts her own spin on this beautifully flowing class!

WARM CORE FLOW
Join Joanne every Friday morning for this fun and challenging core focused class. All movements will fire you up from the inside out as we focus on creating a greater connection and awareness of our core centre, heating the body and then finding more physical core strength. A strong core enhances your yoga practice immeasurably and promotes healthy posture off the mat too. In this class you’ll strengthen the core by combining traditional yoga with core-strengthening moves.

RENEWAL FLOW
Using yoga asanas (postures) as a moving meditation, this class helps you shut out the noise, and tune into your inner voice. Build a strong foundation for your practice with focus on alignment, breath connection and mindful movement. This class includes a gentle warm-up, sun salutations to build heat, strengthening and centering poses, and a sweet savasana to end. Suitable for all levels, this class offers modifications to increase or decrease the intensity of poses.

RESTORATIVE AND GENTLE MOVEMENT
Restorative and Gentle Yoga is suitable for everybody of all ages and levels. Each class will include meditation, pranayama, restorative and a therapeutic practice. We incorporate all our yoga props to help you relax and find your most comfortable position. Rehab your body to discover deep relaxation and well being.

YIN
Yin is a slow, deep practice that increases your flexibility by stretching and stimulating the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis and lower spine. Postures are held for up to a few minutes to encourage a deepening of awareness and sensation in the body. This class is a beautiful compliment to more yang styles of yoga such as hatha, vinyasa and ashtanga.

Trubliss 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training
Join us at
Yogis of all levels, ages, and abilities are welcome to participate in our teacher training and self-awakening program. We offer a flexible weekend schedule, ongoing support during and after your training and interest-free payment plans, all while providing a safe space for personal transformation.
Our training is recognized by the Canadian Yoga Alliance which qualifies us as one of their official schools of Yoga and we are proud to display their logo on our website. Upon the completion of our program, we will provide you with an official receipt which may be applied to your income tax as a possible tax deduction.

Our studio is equipped with Radiant Heat panels for hot and warm yoga, cork flooring for extra cushion during your practice, and a state-of-the-art Air Exchange system to ensure your total comfort.
With an additional lounge for your relaxing, reading or chat session with your fellow yogis, and Change Rooms with showers, Trubliss is a haven waiting to be experienced!
guidelines
Here are a few tips to ensure everyone has a great TruBliss Yoga experience:
- Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to allow yourself time to sign-in and prepare your spot.
- Please bring a yoga mat and water bottle (if you wish).
- Please ensure your cell phones are turned off before you enter the practice space.
- Please keep voices low while in the studio and reception area. Students may be in savasana or meditation.
- It is best to practice yoga (especially hot) when you are well hydrated and with a light stomach (avoid eating heavy foods for 2-3 hours before your practice). Please also refrain from wearing scented products (perfumes, hairspray, aftershave etc.) as some students could be extremely allergic or sensitive.
- Yoga is non-competitive. Please go at your own pace and rest in balasana (child’s pose) as needed.
- And finally…remember to relax and enjoy. Be warned, however, Yoga has been known to bring real Bliss into one’s life!
